2003 "Cheap Shows"

January: We admit it. Due to another commitment, we arrived slightly late, and were sold out for Catch Me If You Can, but we did catch it a week later. It was quite fun, definitely worth the wait.
February: About Schmidt. Jack Nicholson mugs for the camera for two hours in this fairly depressing tale. It is a nice tourguide of Nebraska.
March: Shanghai Knights. As brainless and silly as expected. And that may not be a bad thing.
April:: DARK.
May: JJ went to Confidence, and I went to X2. We both got what we expected, decent entertainment in clearcut genres.
June: Finding Nemo. Wonderfully witty and entertaining.
July: Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. Schtick on a stick.
August: Seabiscuit. Very enjoyable.
September: Matchstick Men. Fun con movie.
October: Intolerable Cruelty. Very funny!
November: The Matrix Revolutions. Not thrilling, but they had to wrap up the trilogy somehow.
December: Something's Gotta Give I missed it, but JJ gave it a thumbs-up.
