Notation:
C = Clubs
D = Diamonds
H = Hearts
S = Spades
N = Notrump
m = any Minor
M = any Major
R = any Red suit
B = any Black suit
O = Other, e.g., 1m-1M-1N-2Om
S = Same, e.g., 1m-3Sm
W, Y, Z are any suit
Bids in parentheses are bids made by the opponents
Bids in red are alerted, though such bids at or above
the 4-level at or after opener's first rebid are alerted after the auction.
Bids in blue are announced
Bids in green may or may not be alerted depending on
the opponents' methods; however the meanings of their calls are immaterial
to the given treatment.
