I’m a proud husband of a wonderful wife, father of a little princess, and a Computational Social Science (CSS) PhD student at George Mason University.

I work in Machine Learning and Inference Lab (MLI) in the Center for Discovery Science and Health Informatics as a research assistant of Dr. Wojtusiak and my academic advisor is Dr. Crooks. I am grateful to both of the professors for their supervisorship.

I hold two master’s degrees in computer science with concentrations in networks and artificial intelligence. More specifically, I studied internet measurements in CNL Lab at the University of Nevada, Reno, and focused on data mining at George Mason University. I earned my BS degree in computer engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey.

I enjoy competing in interesting contests on Kaggle and I am currently in the top percentile.

My resume is available here.
